Annual Declaration for Anticipated Activities (ADAA)
The Annual Declaration for Anticipated Activities (ADAA) is required for licensees that intend to produce, process or consume scheduled chemicals in the coming year. Licensees should submit an ad-hoc declaration if there is any change to the anticipated activities after the ADAA submission.
The table below indicates the activities that require an ADAA.

Unscheduled Discrete Organic Chemicals (DOCs)
An ADAA is not required for facilities involved in the production of DOCs.
Timeline for Submission
The ADAA exercise starts from 15 June of each year

Submission of ADAA
1) Download the application forms.
2) Submit the application forms with supporting documents by:
