Singapore Trade Classification, Customs & Excise Duties (STCCED)

Singapore adopts the 8-digit HS Codes in the ASEAN Harmonised Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN), which is based on the World Customs Organisation (WCO) 6-digit level HS Codes, for use by all ASEAN Member States. Harmonised System/Competent Authority (HS/CA) Product Code Search Engine

The HS/CA Product Code Search Engine is available for you to do a quick search for the HS codes, product codes and descriptions of a product within the Singapore Trade Classification, Customs & Excise Duties.

You can also check if a product is subject to control by any competent authority. If a product is controlled, the “Import”, “Export” and “Transhipment” columns of the search results will indicate the Competent Authority controlling the product. You may click on the Competent Authority’s acronym to access its contact information.
