How to be a TradeNet Front-end Solution Provider?

Those interested to provide a TradeNet front-end solution can email to Customs_tradenet@customs.gov.sg with the following information for our assessment:

• Company name, UEN and background (including whether the company is based in Singapore or has an office registered in Singapore);
• Company director / owner and contact number;
• Nature of business;
• Proposed TradeNet solution plan i.e. as a stand-alone software solution, integrated solution or direct system to system solution;
• Location of servers (local or overseas) - for overseas, please indicate the country where the server is to be hosted;
• System support team (local or overseas) - for overseas, please indicate the country where the support team is to be based in.

Successful applicants will be notified via email for the TradeNet message specifications.
