Annual Declaration for Past Activities
The Annual Declaration for Past Activities (ADPA) is required for facilities that have produced, processed, consumed, imported, and exported or locally transferred scheduled chemicals or unscheduled discrete organic chemicals (DOCs) in the preceding year.
The table below indicates the activities involving scheduled chemicals that require an ADPA.

Unscheduled Discrete Organic Chemicals (DOCs)
If a facility involved in the production of DOCs meets either one or both of the following conditions, it is required to submit an ADPA.

Timeline for Submission
The ADPA exercise starts from 1 December and ends on 31 January of the following year.
For instance, to report the past activities of 2020, the declaration exercise will start from 1 December 2020 and end on 31 January 2021.
Submission of ADPA
1) Download the application forms.
2) Submit the application forms with supporting documents by:
