Permits, Documentation and Other Fees
The fees below apply to traders who submit their own permit applications. It does not include service fees charged by service providers such as freight forwarders.
Processing through TradeNet
Each TradeNet permit application typically costs about S$3.19, which includes:
- S$0.90 for statutory fee, and
- S$2.29 for processing and messaging fees
Each TradeNet Certificate of Origin application typically costs about S$6.29, which includes:
- S$4.00 for statutory fee, and
- S$2.29 for processing and messaging fees
Each export permit application, along with a Certificate of Origin application, typically costs about S$9.27, which includes:
- S$0.21 for messaging fee
- Each export permit application:
- S$0.90 for statutory fee
- S$2.08 for processing fee
- Each Certificate of Origin application:
- S$4.00 for statutory fee, and
- S$2.08 for processing fee
Manual Processing
The following fees are payable according to the Regulation of Imports and Exports (prescribed fees) regulations:

The following fees are payable according to the (Miscellaneous Fees and Rates) Regulations:
